Users and their families are responsible for making their own decisions after proper verification.

2. Eligibility

To use SGBMS, you must be legally eligible to use matrimonial services.

You must be an adult according to applicable law. Minors are not allowed to register, create a profile, communicate with members, or use our services.

By using SGBMS, you confirm that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and lawful.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

Provide correct and complete information
Keep your login details private
Use your own identity and information
Update your profile information when needed
Not create fake, duplicate, misleading, or unauthorized accounts
Not use another person’s photos, details, or identity without permission

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Profile Information

You are responsible for the information, photos, family details, partner preferences, and other content you add to your profile.

SGBMS may review, approve, reject, edit, hide, suspend, or remove profiles or profile content if it appears fake, incomplete, misleading, offensive, illegal, unsafe, or against our rules.

Upload false, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
Harass, abuse, threaten, insult, or blackmail any user

Share obscene, sexual, harmful, or abusive content

Ask users for money, gifts, bank details, OTPs, passwords, or private financial information
Misuse member photos, contact details, or personal information
Attempt to hack, damage, copy, or misuse the platform
Use SGBMS to contact or exploit minors in any way

Violation of these rules may lead to warning, restriction, suspension, blocking, or permanent account deletion.

6. Child Safety

SGBMS has a zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, grooming, abuse of minors, and child sexual abuse material.

SGBMS is intended only for legally eligible adults.

Any account, message, profile, photo, or activity involving child safety violations may be removed and reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

7. Communication Between Members

SGBMS may allow members to send interest requests, messages, photo requests, contact requests, shortlist profiles, ignore profiles, reject requests, or use other communication features.

Users are responsible for their own communication and behavior.

SGBMS does not verify every message or guarantee the truth, intentions, background, identity, or conduct of any member.

Before making any personal, family, financial, or marriage related decision, users should independently verify the other person and their family details.

8. Profile Visibility and Privacy

Some profile information may be visible to other members depending on your account status, privacy settings, membership level, and platform rules.

Contact details, photos, private information, or certain profile details may be hidden, restricted, or shown only after approval or based on platform settings.

9. User Verification

SGBMS may provide approval, review, or verification features to improve trust and safety.

However, any approval or verification does not guarantee that a member’s information is fully accurate or complete.

Users should perform their own verification before moving forward with any matrimonial decision.

10. Premium Membership and Paid Services

SGBMS may offer free and premium services.

Premium features may include additional visibility, messaging access, contact access, profile promotion, or other features depending on available plans.

Paid services, if available, are subject to plan details, pricing, validity, and platform rules shown at the time of purchase.

SGBMS may change, add, remove, or modify premium features and pricing at any time.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

If paid services are available, refunds may be handled according to our Refund Policy, payment provider rules, and applicable law.

Buying a premium plan does not guarantee marriage, engagement, successful match, response from members, or any specific result.

12. Account Deactivation and Deletion

Users may be able to deactivate or delete their account from account settings, if available.

You may also request account deletion by contacting us.

After deletion, your profile may no longer be visible and you may lose access to your account permanently. Some records may be retained for legal, security, backup, fraud prevention, or business record purposes.

13. Content Ownership and Usage

You retain responsibility for the content you upload to SGBMS, including photos, text, profile details, and other information.

By uploading content, you give SGBMS permission to display, store, process, and use that content only as needed to operate the matrimonial platform and provide services.

You must not upload content that belongs to someone else unless you have proper permission.

14. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed on SGBMS:

Fake or misleading information
Obscene, abusive, hateful, or offensive content
Sexual or adult content
Content involving minors in an unsafe or inappropriate way
Fraudulent or scam related content
Content that promotes illegal activity
Content that violates another person’s privacy or rights
Copyrighted content used without permission
Photos or documents that are fake, edited to mislead, or stolen

SGBMS may remove prohibited content without prior notice.

15. Safety Disclaimer

SGBMS works to provide a safe and respectful platform, but users must remain careful when communicating with others.

We recommend that users:

Verify profile details independently
Involve family or trusted people when needed
Avoid sharing money or financial details
Avoid sharing OTPs, passwords, banking details, or private documents
Report suspicious profiles or messages
Meet only after proper verification and safety precautions

SGBMS is not responsible for personal decisions, disputes, losses, fraud, or issues that happen outside the platform or due to user communication.

16. Account Suspension or Termination

SGBMS may suspend, restrict, block, deactivate, or delete any account if we believe the user has violated these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Child Safety Standards, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

We may also take action against accounts that appear fake, duplicate, inactive, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting issues, security reasons, or circumstances outside our control.

Failed matches or relationship outcomes
Financial loss caused by another user
Disputes between users or families
Misuse of information shared by users

Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
Events outside our reasonable control

Users use SGBMS at their own responsibility.
